When I opened my first bank account as a student, I knew I could walk into the branch at any point and sit down for a chat with the bank manager. Yes, it was the nineties and customer service in banks was more attentive back then! But it’s an experience that has stayed with me. I had no money to invest and no business; but I felt valued, listened to, and that I really counted as a customer.
Outstanding customer service is what I too have aimed to deliver throughout my 25+ years in financial services. When I set up Amiga Finance in 2017, it was with the aim of becoming that same kind of trusted professional that my bank manager had been to me in my student days.
That’s the role I see myself in when I’m with my clients, offering the best possible advice, in an open and transparent way, and using the best in technology to arrive at the most appropriate solutions for their business.
